Dionisias Wine Fair 2025: A Celebration of Women and Wine at the Fader Museum

The Dionisias Wine Fair 2025, held on March 1st and 2nd at the Emiliano Guiñazú – Casa Fader Museum in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, was a resounding success. This unique event, dedicated to celebrating women in the wine industry, brought together wine enthusiasts, producers, and artisans in a vibrant atmosphere of culture, gastronomy, and music.

This year’s edition was part of the official Vendimia 2025 calendar, thanks to the support of Mendoza’s Subsecretariat of Culture. The fair featured an impressive lineup of wineries, including renowned names like Susana Balbo Wines, Chandon, and Trapiche, alongside emerging labels such as Escarlata by Gabriela Celeste and Silvia Corti Wines. Attendees had the opportunity to sample a wide variety of wines by purchasing a single tasting ticket, granting access to all winery stands.

The event also showcased the creativity of local entrepreneurs, with stands offering artisanal products such as fine chocolates, olive oil, and handcrafted accessories. Food trucks served up delicious dishes, complementing the wine tastings and creating a festive culinary experience.

Live music added to the fair’s charm, with performances by the all-female tango band Carmesí on Saturday and Músicas del Oeste on Sunday. These performances, set against the backdrop of the museum’s stunning galleries and gardens, created an unforgettable ambiance.

Dionisias Wine Fair 2025 also emphasized responsible drinking through its participation in the Wine in Moderation program. Free mineral water was provided, and special discounts on transportation were offered to encourage safe travel for attendees.

The fair’s success highlights Mendoza’s commitment to promoting its wine culture and supporting women in the industry. As the sun set over the Andes, the Dionisias Wine Fair 2025 left a lasting impression on all who attended, further cementing Mendoza’s reputation as a global wine destination.
