The main idea of wine tourism development is to prioritize the landscape, following a sustainable line from its architecture, basing the design of the enterprise on small buildings, which blend with the landscape. The design and landscaping selection of the property is based on the concept of xerophilus gardens, integrated with vines of various varietals. From the beginning, respect for the biosphere was sought in terms of species selection and conjunction with the architectural panorama.
