The project of the new Ottella winery started in 2013 when the rapid growth of the company made it necessary to build a new production site. It is an original project, with a contemporary design, a space where visitors can immerse themselves in a unique experience between art, wine and nature.
The winery is developed with simple contemporary gestures where nature fits into architecture with consistency of thought. It is surprising the ability of the project to mitigate the visual impact through a few moves: the first is to partially bury most of the production areas, the second is the use of growing vegetation to merge the architectural image to the land, the vineyard and the colors of the seasons.
Everything is handcrafted, designed, tailored to that particular moment or function, everything is designed to attract the eye and curiosity of the visitor. The presence of contemporary works of art enriches the path giving a theatrical touch that creates suggestions and emotions.
