True to its name, FARM (the resort’s signature restaurant) features organic, seasonal ingredients from small regional farms (as well as the resort’s culinary garden), fresh eggs from resident chickens, craft beers, and – of course – stellar local wine varietals from its surrounding wine country.
Carneros Resort supports education and equity initiatives in the wine world, launching a Diversity in Wine program, which highlights wines made from vintners and winemakers of color.
Area wineries are spotlighted at the resort’s Vinyl + Wine series and complimentary Friday wine receptions. The resort offers complimentary transportation to neighboring wineries.
Guests/locals can visit the onsite Market for dozens of local varietals. All guestrooms offer Plum wine dispensers for on-demand local wine, and in-room virtual tastings are led by area winemakers.
At FARM, the wine list has grown to more than 800 selections.
