Campo Viejo Color Lab is a multisensory experience that shows how color and music can modify the perception of wine.
The Lab is a cube where participants will enter to taste a wine. Next, these visitors will be exposed to a selection of sounds and colors.
This project has its origin in an experiment led by the Professor in Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford, Charles Spence, in 2014. More than 3,000 people participated.
The color of light has surprising effects on the perception of the fruit notes or the freshness of wine. Moreover, the type of music -rock, classic…- affects the intensity of sensations.
