Assemblage is the new restaurant at Alta Vista winery. Behind its cuisine, which blends the culinary traditions of France and Argentina, are Patrick d’Aulan, founder of the winery, and Pablo Francisco, its CEO and president —two enthusiasts of fine wine and good food, as well as great connoisseurs of the culinary richness of both countries. They invited then Mauro Porfiri, Executive Chef, and Fede Pettit, Grill Master, to join their project. They select the best produce to propose dishes inspired in the French and Argentine traditions.
It has two dining rooms: Maison Room, reminiscent of a French gastronomic bistro, and Garden Room, where the Argentine grill takes center stage. They worked for 2 and a half years to develop the concept and prepare the facilities.
