Acacia House by Chris Cosentino debuted in Napa Valley in May 2017. Offering an inventive approach to relaxed Napa Valley fare, Acacia House honors its Wine Country location with unique regional wines complemented by select European accents. Set within the historical Acacia House dating back to 1907, the restaurant reflects the rustic, convivial atmosphere of the former inn with updated elements from celebrated design team Yabu Pushelberg.
Located in the heart of Wine Country, their Sommelier and Wine Director works directly with local wine purveyors to develop the wine list. They collaborate and partner with the wineries in their vicinity, inviting them and their guests in to experience Acacia House for themselves. They present local, seasonally-driven products throughout their menu whenever possible, along with a wine list that boasts unique, diverse local wines complemented with European accents. Their wine list highlights organic and biodynamic producers, as well as those with charity components integral to the surrounding community.
