Dreissigacker Winery covers 48 hectares and has been certified organic since 2007. The name Dreissigacker does not stand for light weights, but for particularly powerful, fine mineral and elegant wines.
Sustainability was also the basic idea behind the construction of the new place of activity, which the jury honoured with a Best Of Wine Tourism Award in the corresponding category “Sustainability in Wine Tourism”. Thus, the winery is partly built into the slope so that the soil provides perfect air conditioning, a photovoltaic system on the roof provides the electricity. And the heating is powered by the dried pomace. A perfect cycle! Interested parties can take part in regular guided tours through the new place of activity of the renowned winemaking family.
