Memory and regional flavours are the two ingredients that feed the kitchen led by Michelin stared Chef Vasco Coelho Santos, from Euskalduna Group, who together with Miguel Moreira, from Parque da Penha, partnered with Sogrape to offer an amazing food experience with stunning views over the Douro River and Sandeman’s century old vineyards in the background.
