Cantina Valpolicella Negrar was born in 1933, embodying the ancient passion and dedication of the winemakers of this region. The desire to improve the welcoming of guests, offering the best experience they could live, brought to the opening of the new “Osteria Domìni Veneti”, which is part of an extended hospitality project between the Valpolicella and the Lake Garda region. The main purpose is to improve sustainable tourism, in order to make people enjoy a slow and careful vacation, tasting the real flavours of the territory. In fact, guests can appreciate traditional farm-to table dishes and excellent glasses of wine, including the greatly appreciated Amarone, Recioto, Valpolicella and Ripasso. It is the perfect place where dishes and products of the territory find the ideal combination with the premium wine production of the Domìni Veneti winery.
