Located in the Casablanca Commune Cultural Center, its collection includes ceramic pieces belonging to the Batro culture, the oldest dating back to 300 BC, and other finds made in sectors such as Quintay, Lo Ovalle and El Porvenir. For some years now, hard work has been done on the restoration of objects belonging to the pre-Hispanic cultures that inhabited our valley, and donations from Peru and other Latin American regions, work carried out by Estrella Marín, restorer of the Museum.
This year we highlight the Casablanca Museum for its great educational and tourist contribution to the area. By showing the history of Casablanca in a didactic way with a long and historical account represented by the anthropological findings of its ancestral origins, pieces and artifacts, complemented with colorful illustrations that make the visit a complete experience for the visitor.
A tremendous cultural contribution that contributes to the enhancement and promotion of the cultural identity of our country
