Fine Wine And Dining Couldn’t Pair Better
Balance, elegance, distinction and finess are the hallmarks of Creation’s wine range, which currently encompasses 18 different wines, with a focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir – both of which Owner and Cellar Master JC Martin is keenly attuned to. Their Tasting Room restaurant gives visitors curated experiences include a newly launched Canapé Pairing Menu which changes according to the local ingredients available, the Blackboard Menu providing a tantalising taste adventure for the palate, the popular 10am Brunch Pairing, the Wine and Chocolate Pairing, and even a non-alcoholic and amazingly aromatic tea and food pairing.
